NAPCO's oldest and largest division provides high quality spares, components and assemblies for every made military vehicle from the 1940s to the present.  The Ordnance division also designs and markets modernization kits to improve the performance and increase the capabilities of a wide variety of military wheeled and tracked vehicles.


NAPCO's Ordnance division understands the urgency of your purchasing requirements and has the resources and capabilities to answer them in a timely manner.

It starts with prompt attention to your Requests for Quotation (RFQ).  Upon receipt of your requirements, our staff goes to work identifying all items using our advanced database system and our extended library of technical manuals and drawings.

Your needs are then analyzed and checked against our inventory and other sources of supply.

In the events the spare parts you need are no longer in inventory or being supplied by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), we have the capability of newly manufacturing them to the original specifications, or of making modifications required for your specific applications.

Inventory Management
To meet your urgent requirements, we maintain an extensive 60,000 line item inventory of fast moving items, as well as hard to find parts, at our 12,000 m² warehouse in Hopkins, Minnesota .


Manufacturing Expertise
Using detailed historical records and our extensive library of technical manuals and ordnance drawings, we manufacture new parts at our machining facility for most modern vehicles as well as those long since out of production. Major manufactured assemblies include - transfer cases, final drives and steering differentials for tracked and wheeled vehicles.
